Pine Grove was absolutely wonderful!   So, so many of my guests were raving about the facility, the food and the grounds,  It made me so happy to have every guest I talked to about the wedding praise the food, say how beautiful the place was and how much fun they had.   Service was great, I never had to ask for a thing.   The food was delicious.  He hall is beautiful and the outdoor grounds are amazing.     It is secluded with a small pond/waterfall and a lot of landscaping surrounded by pines- so very charming.   Additionally , the owners helped me with several recommendations on vendors for my wedding, like the officiant, cake, DJ and photographer.   I was extremely pleased with every recommendation and was so grateful that I didn't have to research all the vendors myself.   Really a relief.    I already have and would definitely recommend .

 

Lindsey Gile:  My husband and I just married here October 12.   We did both our Wedding and Reception here so that our out of town relatives didn't have to drive all over.   We received compliments all night from our guests about the food, the facility, everything and some of our guests are very hard to impress.   Also, since we were paying for the wedding ourselves, my husband and I asked for numerous price quotes to get the best for our guests without blowing our budget, and they promptly provided them for us.   We would very happily refer our friends and family to them for future events and we were every satisfied.

A jewel in the woods!   This was the absolute perfect place for our son's wedding.   We loved everything!   The location is in a picturesque-romantic setting, among tall evergreens and an amazing landscape filled with flowers, stone steps, waterfall, white chairs, and the banquet hall right there for the reception.   The owners of the Banquet Hall are the most professional people who would make your experience there just perfect.  You get experience in both wedding coordination and meal preparation.   A gig THANK YOU to the owners!    We love you.    We also loved the flexibility and choices, as well as the ample time, which helped us custom make the whole wedding.   The pictures and the video of our son's wedding are amazing, just breathtaking.   I could not imagine being in any other place.   IT IS WORTH THE DRIVE if you live in Chicago or anywhere within 100 mile radius.   Located right between La Porte and Michigan City IN   both great places to find hotels for anyone needing overnight accommodations.

Pine Grove was the perfect setting for my daughters wedding!   From being extremely accommodating in answering questions via e-mail to the big day,  Marilyn and her staff were wonderful!   The ambiance at Pine Grove was breathtaking,   The waterfall and Koi Pond were absolutely beautiful as well as having a deck accessible from the main floor for any of our guests that wanted to relax in the night air.   I received many compliments on the beauty of the room, the quality of the food and the bar service.   The food was wonderful with many guests going back for seconds!   Anything we needed during decoration and the removal of our decorations, Marilyn help out in every way.   Pine Grove is not too far outside city limits and yet, as you drive up to the building, you feel as if you are surrounded by country scenery.   I could not have asked for a more perfect facility than Pine Grove.
